Caring Hearts Foundation, Inc. exists to close the gap between what communities need and what they have access to — clean environments, reliable connectivity, quality education, and basic healthcare. We work directly with barangay leaders and local volunteers to design and fund projects that outlast our involvement, and we report back on every dollar raised.
Caring Hearts Foundation started in 2021 as a handful of volunteers organizing weekend beach clean-ups outside Manila. When those same volunteers realized the families they met couldn't get online for school or work, the mission expanded to connectivity — and then, after a series of typhoons highlighted the gap in rural healthcare access, to mobile health outreach. Today we run coordinated, multi-program campaigns in partnership with local barangays across the Philippines.

We publish exactly where every donation goes, down to the expense breakdown per project.
We favor durable fixes — clean water systems, not one-time bottled water drops.

Nimfa provides the vision, strategic leadership, and public representation of Caring Hearts Foundation, Inc. Working with the Board and Executive Director, the Founder & CEO builds major partnerships, advances fundraising, supports organizational growth, and ensures that the Foundation’s mission creates sustainable and measurable community impact.

Executive Director
Rom leads Caring Hearts Foundation’s programs, operations, partnerships, and fundraising efforts. Working under the direction of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director transforms the Foundation’s mission into measurable community impact while promoting transparency, responsible stewardship, and meaningful collaboration in the United States and the Philippines.

Philippines Community Partnerships Coordinator
The Philippines Community Partnerships Coordinator develops relationships with local governments, schools, businesses, civic organizations, volunteers, and community leaders. The coordinator helps identify community needs, organize projects, mobilize local resources, and ensure that Caring Hearts Foundation programs are implemented transparently and effectively throughout the Philippines.

Treasurer & Finance Lead
Josephine oversees Caring Hearts Foundation’s budgeting, financial records, reporting, and internal controls. This role helps ensure that donations and program funds are handled transparently, responsibly, and in accordance with donor intentions and Board-approved policies.

Director of Programs and Community Impact
Ben leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of Caring Hearts Foundation’s community programs. This role works with local partners, volunteers, and project teams to ensure that each initiative responds to verified needs, uses resources responsibly, and delivers measurable and sustainable results.

Development and Fundraising Lead
Irish builds the financial support that powers Caring Hearts Foundation’s mission. This role develops donor relationships, sponsorships, grants, fundraising events, and recurring-giving campaigns while promoting transparency, responsible stewardship, and meaningful community impact.

Communications and Media Lead
Fabian manages Caring Hearts Foundation’s public voice, digital platforms, brand identity, and community storytelling. The role creates accurate and engaging content that strengthens public awareness, supports fundraising, celebrates volunteers and partners, and demonstrates the measurable impact of the Foundation’s programs.
