Caring Hearts Foundation, Inc. exists to close the gap between what communities need and what they have access to — clean environments, reliable connectivity, quality education, and basic healthcare. We work directly with barangay leaders and local volunteers to design and fund projects that outlast our involvement, and we report back on every dollar raised.
Caring Hearts Foundation started in 2021 as a handful of volunteers organizing weekend beach clean-ups outside Manila. When those same volunteers realized the families they met couldn't get online for school or work, the mission expanded to connectivity — and then, after a series of typhoons highlighted the gap in rural healthcare access, to mobile health outreach. Today we run coordinated, multi-program campaigns in partnership with local barangays across the Philippines.

Nimfa founded Caring Hearts Foundation in 1998 after organizing weekend beach clean-ups with neighbors outside Manila. She now leads overall strategy and partnerships with barangay governments.

Rom oversees day-to-day delivery across all active projects, from the Clean Village campaign to the mobile health clinic rotation, and manages the foundation's field volunteer teams.

Tina builds and maintains relationships with barangay leaders, local schools, and partner NGOs, ensuring every project is shaped by the community it serves.
