A Year of the Mobile Clinic: 5,000 Patients Seen

Before the mobile clinic began its rounds, residents of these five upland barangays faced a full day of travel for even a routine checkup — a barrier that meant many conditions went untreated until they became emergencies. One year and 60 clinic days later, the van and its rotating volunteer medical team have logged over 5,000 patient visits, delivered 1,200 childhood vaccinations, and referred 45 higher-risk cases to partner hospitals for follow-up care.
