Clean Village, Connected Future

Barangay Malinis sits along a stretch of coastline that has absorbed decades of plastic runoff, and until this year its 340 households had no reliable way to get online or reach a clinic without a two-hour jeepney ride. Caring Hearts Foundation is running a single, coordinated campaign to fix all three problems at once: organized beach and waterway clean-ups with proper waste sorting and disposal, a solar-powered community Wi-Fi hub so students can attend online classes and families can reach relatives working abroad, and a small health outpost stocked with basic supplies and staffed by a visiting nurse twice a week. Every peso raised is split across the three workstreams below. Updates are posted as each phase completes.
